Women's Boho tunic, short sleeve top with a casual flowy loose fit. The side-split flounce is made of two layers. The top layer is made from a vintage linen table cloth adorned with delicate blue flowers. The underlayer is made from a simple white cotton. The upper part is made from a vintage calendar tea towel, reclaimed tan striped lightweight linen and blue checked cotton fabric. The linen tea towel depicts an array of colorful birds along with a calendar from 1972. I used vintage red buttons from my stash.


All fabrics were washed before I used them to make this garment. The tea towel is printed and may fade from frequent washing, but that only adds to its vintage appeal.


The size is large to X-large (US 12-14).

  • Underarm to underarm: 26"

  • From side seam to side seam at waist: 25"

  • From collar seam to end of sleeve: 13" including lace trim

  • Armhole opening: 8.5"

  • Across neck opening: 6"

  • From collar to bottom hem (front): 21"

  • Backside from collar to bottom hem: 23"

Care:

I recommend hand washing in cool water using detergent for delicate fabrics, hang dry on hanger or lay flat to dry.
