How do I care for my garment?
I wash all linens and fabrics before I use them to construct a garment. For care, I recommend hand washing your garment in cool water with a detergent designed for delicate fabrics. While I have machine washed my clothing, hand washing is the best way to maintain its longevity. To dry, hang your garment on a hanger or lay it flat—avoid using a machine dryer.
Is my item truly handmade?
Absolutely! Each item is handcrafted, either created from scratch or upcycled. I take pride in using unique reclaimed fabrics, buttons and zippers sourced from thrift stores and antique shops, making every piece one-of-a-kind. While I strive to minimize any imperfections, marks or mends may appear, adding to the charm of the garment. Please take a moment to examine all images and read the descriptions carefully.
Do you take commissions?
It depends. As the sole creator and maker of my items, I take great pride in the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into each piece. This dedication means that my time is limited, as I personally handle every aspect of the creation process. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I strive to deliver quality products while managing my time effectively. Please email me and we can discuss commissions.
Do you have a physical shop?
Yes. I own a shop along with my partner John. It is called "Seconds To Go" and it's located in New Hampshire, USA. We sell vintage and handmade items.
