Vintage 1940s Bib Apron Paper Sewing Pattern

This is a vintage sewing pattern from the 1940s, featuring a charming bib style apron design that you tie around the waist. Misses' and women's apron, the top edge is softly gathered to yoke and tie ends. A convenient patch pocket trims the right front side. Style 1 is without the bib and is trimmed with rick-rack at the lower edge. A dainty print with a bordered ede brightens style 2. The suspenders of style 3 are finished with a ruffle. Simplicity Pattern cut to exact size. One large, Misses' or women's. There are 7 pattern pieces, unused. 

The envelope is in very good condition with some yellowing. The flap is intact. True to 1940s manufacturing, each pattern piece is on individual tissue paper—a convenient difference from modern patterns where pieces are consolidated on larger sheets requiring careful cutting.
