Vintage 1940s Bib Apron Paper Sewing Pattern
This is a vintage sewing pattern from the 1940s, featuring a charming bib style apron design that you tie around the waist. Misses' and women's apron set. Style 1 and 2 are fashioned with a back-buttoned bib and capacious patch pockets trim the fronts. In style 2, the bib fron is cut to form straps. In style 3, self-ruffling makes a gay border.

The envelope is in very good condition with some yellowing. The flap is intact. True to 1940s manufacturing, each pattern piece is on individual tissue paper—a convenient difference from modern patterns where pieces are consolidated on larger sheets requiring careful cutting.
